Sharing images and other content

You’re welcome to share the low-resolution images of Max’s artworks published here. For content whose rights belong to Max, the site’s Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 licence applies unless a different notice accompanies the material. It permits non-commercial sharing and adaptation under the licence’s conditions.

Please credit Max Zorn, link to the original page and the licence, and indicate any changes you make. Where a photographer or another creator is credited, retain that credit too. Commercial licensing, prints and merchandise require separate permission; write to info@maxzorn.com.

Interviews, television footage, articles, logos and other third-party material may belong to their respective creators or publishers. Max can only grant rights he holds. Check the source and any accompanying notice before reusing that material. Existing valid licences remain in effect, and uses permitted by copyright law do not require additional permission under these terms.

Artworks, Special Releases and commissions

The collecting guide and Special Releases page explain the current ways to buy directly from the studio. Past sale pages are an archive, not an indication that those artworks are still available.

Special Releases, also known as Special Sales, are often oversubscribed. When requests exceed availability, a lottery selects the collectors offered the opportunity to purchase. An enquiry or newsletter subscription does not reserve an artwork or guarantee an allocation.

The studio confirms the full price, what it includes, payment arrangements and expected delivery timing before you proceed. Some artworks involve a wait of up to twelve months; the team confirms the expected timing for the particular artwork before you decide.

Commission enquiries are welcome, subject to Max’s availability. The artwork, price, payment arrangements and schedule are discussed for each project. For collecting or commission enquiries, contact buy@maxzorn.com.

These website terms do not replace the information and terms provided for an individual purchase, or limit any statutory consumer rights.

Newsletter and website use

The newsletter shares updates about Max’s artworks, releases, exhibitions and related news. Subscriptions are managed through Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter.

Responsible indexing of public pages by search engines and AI assistants is welcome, so people can find Max’s work and the information behind it. This does not grant a separate commercial licence to reproduce artwork images or third-party material.

Please do not disrupt the website, bypass access restrictions or collect personal information unlawfully. Copyright permissions and the rights of other contributors must be respected.

Accuracy, links and your rights

We take care with the information published here. If you notice an error or an outdated detail, please send us the page link. The Disclaimer explains how to report corrections and sets out the approach to external content.

German law governs these website terms. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies in the country where you habitually live, or restrict access to courts available to you under applicable consumer law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms will be dated on this page. They do not retrospectively change an existing purchase agreement or revoke permissions already validly granted.
