About this release

Can I still buy from the September Special?

This release is sold out. The artworks remain here as a record of the September Special. For current ways to collect directly from the studio, visit Buy original tape art.

What does “similar originals” mean?

Each artwork in a series is made individually from packing tape. The series size describes the complete series, rather than the number offered in this particular release. Read more about Max Zorn’s original tape artworks and series.

How are the tape artworks displayed and cared for?

These artworks use light passing through layers of packing tape on acrylic glass. The first piece uses two acrylic sheets; River is set in a wooden wine box converted into an LED light frame. The materials and longevity guide explains display and care.
